Can a private high school in dallas texas make you take a random urine drug test a couple times a year? and they can just tell you that your getting tested if they suspect you doing drugs or drinking.. and they say if you refuse to take the drug test they will kick you out. is that legal or is there any way out of taking the test? no answer like you shouldn't do drugs plz. weed is on this earth for a reason....

Yes, they can. If you don't like their terms, then don't go to that school. You may have some fun when out of school, too, looking for a job that doesn't drug test, if you can't stop doing drugs.

They cannot "make" you do anything. They can, however, refuse to do business with you if you refuse. A private school is a business and they do not have to keep anyone.

I assume you knew they had a policy in place regarding drugs. I assume that you knew that had a policy in place for random urine screening. Did you think it 'wouldn't happen to you'? Yes they can, very legal, you don't HAVE to take the test, but they can easily expel you if you refuse.

yes most private schools try to keep a high standard for their pupils a good reputation means higher enrollment.

A private school can set their own rules. They are completely in their right to do drug testing if you were made aware that was their policy when you were admitted. No way out of the test,it is completely legal. Weed is on this earth do be used for medicinal purposes,not for someone to get stoned out of their gourd.
